Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

For most barbarians, death is a tool they use to further their goals or those of their tribe. Only a few warriors can let themselves become a tool of death to fullfill its own wishes. These unwavering killers, known as shadowbringers, are some of the most feared beings to walk the planes. Barbarians on the path of shadowbringer let their rage emanate from them as pure darkness, and shape the darkness around them into deadly weapons. walking on the edge of life and death, these warriors either fullfill important roles within their community as shamans or as executioners, or are casted out as signs of ill omen

undead state

your eyes have adapted to the gloom of death and you gain 120 feet of darkvision and due to having danced with death several times you begin to become corrupted. Your creature type is undead

Shadow blades

While you're raging, shadows attach themselves to your weapons, transforming them into instruments of death. Whenever you make a melee attack while raging, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal, as physical shadows extend the form of your weapons. Additionally, while you're raging, the first creature you hit on each of your turns with a melee attack takes an additional 1d6 psychic damage. The damage increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 2d6 at 10th level, 3d6 at 15th level, and 4d6 at 20th level.

Mantle of Darkness

Your rage calls forth shadows to cover you and daze your enemies in battle. When you enter your rage you emanate an aura of shadows that extends 10 feet from you in all directions. The aura is filled with either darkness or dim light (your choice), that lasts until the rage ends. Enemies in your shroud are blinded. While you're raging, you can take a bonus action to change whether the aura is filled with darkness or dim light.

Commander of Shadows

You control the shadows around you to cling to your enemies and keep them from fleeing. While you're raging, you can use a bonus action to force a creature inside the area of your Mantle of Darkness to make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus) or become restrained until the start of your next turn. if the creature hit by this ability dies they become a Wight under your control. You can only have 2 Wights alive at a time. They turn to dust after 2 hours or after you dismiss them as a bonus action. They have turn right after you

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus + your constitution modifier, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Harbinger of Death

The darkness from within you emanates with even greater force. The range of your Mantle of Darkness feature extends by 5 feet. Additionally, whenever you hit a creature restrained by your Commander of Shadows with a melee attack you can treat the attack as a critical hit.
