Base Class: Rogue
A strange looking human walks out of a dust cloud, staring down at his now unconscious foe 30 feet ahead of of him. Tipping is hat, the human gives a respectful nod to the opponent, and looks around at the deserted, dusty town. "Thanks for the duel", he says, as he walks back to where the dust cloud used to be, now revealing a giant horse. He jumps on to it, and rides off into the sunset, leaving the town.
A cunning half-elf tries to negotiate with an interested salesman at a bar to sell his magical object for more gold. Saying the right words and making the right motions, the half-elf successfully tricks the dealer into thinking the item is worth more than it is. Just as the deal is about to go through, a former dealer walks through the door, calling the elf a thief and threatening him. As everybody starts to recognize him, the elf disappears. Now, a new person comes walking through the doors. After the riot, the new person starts dealing with the same dealer, stilling cunning him out of more money. Nobody, even the dealer, realizes this is the same half-elf.
Firearm Proficiency
As a Gunman Cowboy, you are proficient with the use of firearms.
Skilled Deception
Mastering the way to change looks and get what you want, you gain proficiency in deception and the disguise kit if you don't already have it. You may choose to remove expertise from one of your skills and replace it with giving the disguise kit expertise.
Ranged Weaponeer
Starting at 3rd level, you have become well versed into the mastery of dueling.
You also gain an additional way to use your Sneak Attack: If you are using a firearm or ranged weapon, you don't need to be 5 ft from the creature to use sneak attack. If the creature is distracted, flanked, or you have successfully hidden from the creature, you may roll your sneak attack dice. This ability only works if you can see the creature and if you are no further than 60 ft away. The distance increases 20ft more at 10th and again at 17th level.
Road-Ridden
Being on the road or meeting many people for so long, you begin to master the understanding of how different personalities think, act, or even look like. If you are disguising of a creature you know of, you can use your intelligence modifier on top of the other bonuses when rolling for your disguise kit or deception. This bonus is not doubled if you have expertise.
Firearm Specialist
You now know a firearm build inside and out, and the most efficient way to use one. Starting at level 13, you gain advantage on attack rolls using a firearm and ranged weapons and it now only takes a bonus action to reload.
Infamous Outlaw
Every duel you come across now is easy for you. At 17th level, you've mastered shooting in both hands. You can wield two firearms or ranged weapons at a time, sizes tiny through medium, given you have two free hands. The weapons can't have the two-handed requirement.
You can fire both weapons on one turn, and all the bonuses you have for the attack and damage apply to both (except magical damage and attack roll bonuses. That only applies to the weapon that is magical.) On your turn, you can only reload one with the bonus action rule.
