Base Class: Warlock
You have made a pact with the Svjl, the god of prophecy and time. Svjl seeks to rationalize and meter the actions of the gods in the mortal realms, and he send you forth as his trusty watchdog.
He seeks to balance the mortal worlds as much as possible, so he uses you to sustain this balance through the gift of temporal manipulation. Svjl's work is never done, as the meddlings of the gods are never satiated, just as their boredom is never far enough away.
Expanded Spell List
Svjl lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Foresight Into Battle
Svjl has granted you the power to step through space-time and better meet his goals. You know the misty step spell, and you can cast it twice between long rests. Svjl also knows that battling gods and demigods can place wear and tear on your equipment, so he has granted you the knowledge of the mending cantrip to repair your belongings to better suit his will.
Planar Bodycasting
Starting at 6th level, you can vanish in a puff of mist in response to harm. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to turn invisible and teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You remain invisible until the start of your next turn or until you attack or cast a spell.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Divine Intervention
Beginning at 10th level, you have become a valuable asset to Svjl. If an effect would reduce your hitpoints to 0, Svjl will manipulate time in a way to reduce your hitpoints to 1 instead. Svjl is still a just god, and will not always step in to save you, and you can only rely on this grant once between long rests.
You use your reaction to channel Svjl's will to intervene, and only once you know an effect will damage you enough to drop you at or below 0 hitpoints.
Svjl's Circlet
Starting at level 14, you can create a bright, white ring centered on you with a radius in feat equal to three times your proficiency bonus. While inside this ring, time appears frozen as if under the effect of time stop. Take a number of consecutive actions equal to half your Charisma modifier (rounded up). When attacking, creatures will behave as if paralyzed.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest. Additionally, none of your actions can affect anything outside the ring.
