Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Known as the Spiral Fury, they are Uktena bersekers that have taken the Path of the Spiral. They attack fearlessly with all sorts of weapon, including ranged weapons. Berserkers who walk the Path of the Spiral learn how to harness their rage from battling Mind flayers and evil psychic creatures.

Restriction: Uktena Only

Only Uktenas can follow the Path of the Spiral. The Spiral Fury fills a particular niche in Uktenas society and culture.

Your DM can lift this restriction to better suit the campaign. The restriction exists for the Drumearea Realm. It might not apply to your DM’s setting or your DM’s version of the Realms.

Point-Blank Shooting

When you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain the ability to use the Point-Blank Shooting.

When you use a ranged weapon, and your target is within 5 feet of you, the attack works as a strength-based melee weapon, you can gain all benefits from any other melee weapon bonus or ability you might have, including Rage and Reckless Attack. You can use your Strength modifier, and add your Strength modifier to the ranged attack damage. And being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls when you use Reckless Attack.

Psychic berserker

When you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain the ability to use your racial psychic abilities while raging.
