Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

The Shrooms are a group of legendary, infinitely powerful, multi-planar, mystical, magical, omnipresent, jazzy mushrooms forming the cyber-fusion-neo-punk double-reed-only jazz big band The Morel Cartel. Their physical manifestations resemble oversized, adorable personified mushrooms. Using their ancient magic, they can destroy entire continents using only their signature roll. Although it looks harmless and a bit inane to uninformed onlookers, it is in fact a sacred dance of protection that somehow manages to dodge all enemy attacks while also looking completely innocuous.

Screechtalk

At 1st level, your patron grants you the knowledge of screechtalk, an ancient language completely meaningless to most beings. Whenever you communicate using your voice, whether telepathically or verbally, you can choose to talk in screeches instead. This can be used even if you are under the control of a spell and are asked to talk in another language, and the speech has meaning but cannot be understood by any means, including tongues, wish, or any other methods. If a creature "knows all languages" then they can only understand you if their CR (or level) is greater than or equal to your Charisma score.

Shroom Zoom

At 6th level, you can roll along the ground aimlessly while avoiding enemy attacks. As an action on your turn, you can drop to the ground and begin rolling in a direction of your choice. While in this state, you can't use heavy weapons or benefit from shields; additionally, your AC increases by 4. You move a distance in that direction equal to your walking speed at the beginning of each person's turn. If you come into contact with an object, you are no longer in a rolling state and fall prone.

Truffle Kerfuffle

Beginning at level 10, you become adept at dodging physical attacks, such as sword swipes or punches. Your AC is equal to your level + Dexterity modifier + proficiency bonus when determining whether non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage hits you. While in a rolling state or prone (but still conscious) you are immune to such damage.

Fungal Tumble

At level 14, you have mastered the art of rolling about to dodge. While awake and not grappled or restrained from moving in some way, you may fall prone to automatically succeed a Dexterity skill check or saving throw.
