Base Class: Fighter
This path is taken up by fighters who are determined to strike true and always leave their opponent damaged after an attack. Be it through an elegant rapier or aggressive spear throwing, these fighters always hit their target.
Eagle’s Accuracy
When first choosing this archetype at 3rd level, you have mastered your training in precise attacks and having true aim. You can reroll any attack roll lower than 7 if you are attacking with a piercing weapon. You also add an additional half of your attacking ability modifier (rounded down) to attack rolls made with any piercing weapons.
Adaptability
At 7th level, you learn to assess your opponents in the midst of battle. Whenever you successfully land an attack and deal damage with a piercing weapon, you gain advantage on additional attacks against that opponent. This benefit disappears if the opponent moves more than thirty feet away from the place that you last dealt damage to them with your piercing weapon. This benefit can only apply to one enemy at a time.
Heightened Sight
When reaching 10th level, your vision reaches its greatest capabilities. When attacking with ranged piercing weapons, the weapon’s normal and long range is doubled.
Find Weakspot
Starting at 15th level, you are able to analyze your opponent for weak spots. If you successfully land and deal damage with a piercing weapon, the enemy that you dealt damage to will have its AC lowered by an amount equal to your Strenth or Dexterity modifier (whichever is higher) when calculating further attack rolls made by your piercing weapons (this AC lowering effect only applies on the first attack that deals damage and does not reduce the AC more on additional attacks). This benefit disappears if the opponent moves more than thirty feet from where you last damaged it with your piercing weapon, and can only apply to one enemy at a time.
Penetrating Strike
At 18th level, your ability to analyze and dominate your opponents is perfected. Once you have successfully landed an attack and damaged an opponent with a piercing weapon, any additional attack rolls of 18-20 will score a critical hit against this opponent. This benefit will disappear if the opponent moves more than thirty feet away from where you damaged them with your piercing weapon. Also, critical attacks made with your piercing weapons inflict deep wounds in your enemies. Enemies struck with a critical hit by your piercing weapon will suffer damage equal to your Strength or Dexterity modifier (whichever is higher) for every thirty feet of movement that they expend. This movement damage will disappear once the opponent receives healing from any source, or if combat initiative is ended.
