Base Class: Artificer
Perfume makers are people with too much time and some spray bottles, trying to peddle their scents to rich men and women. Perfumers on the other hand, are inventors who have studied in the field of aromatic alchemy to help or hinder in the midst of battles. Equipped with metal-plated glass bottles to hold their spritz-able formulas, they have a perfume for any situation.
Additionally they usually smell delightful, considering the amount of flowers and other flora needed to make their aromatics.

Perfume Arts
3rd-level Perfumer feature
Creating perfumes requires you to have a herbalism kit on your person.
Perfume Recipes. You know two recipes to make perfumes of your choice, which are detailed under “Perfume Recipes” below. Perfumes can have both a general or specific purpose, but are useful regardless. You can use only one perfume per per turn, until 9th Level in which you get the Merge Aroma feature.
You learn two additional recipes of your choice at 5th and 9th Level.
Spritz Bottles. You have six glass spritz bottles that have a ceramic or metal protective cover over them. A spritz bottle is expended when you use it. You regain all of your empty Spritz Bottles when you finish a short or long rest, if you have a herbalism kit.
You gain another two perfume bottles at 5th, 9th, and 15th Level.
Spritz Nozzles. When using combative perfumes, you can either use the Spray Nozzle or the Squirt Nozzle.
As an Action, you can use the Spray Nozzle to make a 15ft cone in front of the attacker in which everyone within the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw equal to the Perfume save DC. On a successful save they take half damage and/or gain advantage on the saving throw against the perfume's effects.
As a Bonus Action, you can use the Squirt Nozzle to make a ranged weapon attack with a range of 20/40 feet, using the attackers Intelligence Modifier to attack.
When using a perfume in yourself or a willing person, the spritz is treated as a bonus action.
Saving Throws. Some of your perfumes require your target to make a saving throw to resist the perfume's effects. The saving throw DC is calculated as follows:
Perfume save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier
