Bard
Base Class: Bard

While some bards prefer to learn a little bit about a lot of things, you have focused your studies almost exclusively on topics related to the divine.

Religious Studies

When you choose this college at 3rd level, your knowledge of religious matters makes you somewhat of an authority on matters relating to the divine, and have even granted you insight into clerical magic. Whenever you make a religion check, you add double your proficiency bonus to the number rolled. This does not stack with other features that would add double your proficiency bonus, such as expertise. Additionally, you learn the cure wounds if you don't already know it. It counts as a bard spell for you, but doesn't count against the number of bard spells you know.

Inspired Healing

Also at 3rd level, you learn secrets about healing that few others understand. Whenever you cast a spell that restores a creature's hit points, you can expend one use of your bardic inspiration. When you do, roll one bardic inspiration die, and add the result to the total hit points restored. This ability cannot be used to heal constructs and undead.

Religious Secrets

At 6th level, you learn any two spells from the Cleric or Paladin spell lists. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip. They count as bard spells for you, but don't count against the number of bard spells you know.

Miraculous Recovery

Starting at 14th level, when a creature you can see is reduced to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to expend one use of Bardic Inspiration. Roll a Bardic Inspiration die and restore a number of that creature's hit points equal to the result.
