Path of the Shaman

Shamans are individuals who are in tune with the spirits and the forces of nature. They are often looked up to by their peers and are sought out for guidance when important decisions must be made, or reclusive hermits abandoning civilization in search of enlightenment.

That being said, their martial prowess shouldn't be underestimated. They fight with fearless ferocity enduring the most daunting foes and deadly blows.

Elemental Attunement

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, When entering a rage you may choose one damage type to gain resistance in for the duration of the rage, you may also choose a damage type to empower your attacks with (same or different) dealing additional damage or that type equal to your rage bonus damage (this affect stacks with the normal rage damage) and your attacks are considered magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances.

Mindful Rage

Beginning at 6th level, you can’t be charmed while raging. If you are  frightened when you enter your rage, the effect is suspended for the duration of the rage. Additionally you may concentrate on a spell while raging but any concentration checks must be made at disadvantage. 

Combat Mastery

Beginning at 10th level, After you cast a spell of first level or higher you may make a weapon attack as a bonus action. This attack deals additional damage equal to 2 times the spell level.

Spirit Sight

Starting at 14th level, you gain truesight out to 120 feet and can see in the ethereal plane.
