Base Class: Bard
With the skills you've gained from whatever sparked your deep interest in music and its mystical powers, you forge a path through the world being a herald to the ways of metal with its disruptive sound waves and its ever present ability to debilitate others. Your eye has been caught by the inner workings of music and what's possible when there's music blaring through the air; especially when in the midst of a battle. Your musical capabilities have been heightened to a level almost unimaginable, allowing you to turn the scales of a fight in your favor just by ripping out some killer cords or solos. You also probably didn't go to college, or if you did it wasn't some high and mighty place more like you learned in the cellar of some random bar. Wherever you may have been taught the ways of the college of metal, you'll still use them to the best of your ability whenever you can.
Bonus Proficiencies
You gain proficiency with two martial weapons of your choice, one artisan's tool of your choice, and one additional skill of your choice.
Shred
Once per short or long rest, You can use an action to begin your SHRED (which has a duration of 1 minute). While you SHRED, allies within 30 ft of you can use their bonus action on their turn to grant themselves a SHRED DIE (a d4 at 3rd Lvl.) which lasts for the duration of SHRED or until it's used. When making an attack an ally can expend their SHRED DIE , to roll it and add the total to a weapon attack roll or to the weapons damage roll. Once a SHRED DIE is used/expended it is lost, however an ally can take their bonus action on a subsequent turn to regain a SHRED DIE. An ally can only have one SHRED DIE at a time. Your SHRED ends early if you end it with a bonus action, if you die, if you're knocked unconscious, or if you begin to take a short/long rest.
Your SHRED DIE changes as you reach certain levels in the Bard class. The DIE becomes a d6 at 6th level, and d8 at 9th level.
The duration of your SHRED also increases in length as you level in Bard, becoming 5 minutes long at 9th level, 10 minutes long at 14th level, and 1 hour long at 18th level.
Cresendo
Once per long or short rest you can as an action, perform a blistering CRESCENDO. Which forces all creatures of your choice within 30 ft of you that can hear you to make a CON saving throw (against your spell save dc) or become deafened for one minute on a failure. While deafened from this ability, creatures afflicted have disadvantage on all ability checks they make and they reduce all of their attack rolls and saving throws by a roll of your SHRED die (-d6 at 6th level, -d8 at 9th level). A creature repeats the Saving throw at the end of their ending the effect on themselves on a success (this save is affected by the reduction). A creature that is immune to the deafened condition or already as the deafened condition, is immune to this ability and its effects.

- A creature can expend their SHRED die on their turn (no action required) to increase their walking speed by 5ft until the end of their current turn.
- A creature can expend their SHRED die as a bonus action to grant themselves a number of temp Hp equal to a roll of the SHRED die.
- A creature with a SHRED die can use their bonus action to give the SHRED die to an ally within 10ft of them. This does not increase the amount of SHRED dice a single creature can have at any given time.
- A creature can also expend a SHRED die to roll it and add it to a spell attack roll or to a spell damage roll they make.
- A creature with a SHRED die can expend the die as a reaction when damaged by something to roll the SHRED die and reduce the damage taken by the number rolled on the die.
- A creature with a SHRED die can expend the SHRED die when making an attack roll with a melee weapon they are wielding to increase the reach of said melee weapon attack by 5ft.
- A creature with a SHRED die can expend it as an action to cast the cantrip Vicious mockery using your spell save dc and level for its modifiers.
- A creature with a SHRED die can expend it as a bonus action to grant themselves a +2 bonus to their AC, until the beginning of their next turn or until they are hit by an attack.
You also gain the ability to regain the use of your SHRED or Crescendo class ability by expending a single one of your bardic inspiration dice as a bonus action; This can only be done once per long rest.
