Monk
Base Class: Monk

Your mastery of ki has unlocked whatever psionic potential you may have. Monks of the way of the third eye are able to use psionics to disrupt opponents, see future actions, and enter the minds of others.

future strike

as a free action the monk can cast the true strike cantrip

Disorienting blast

staring at 3rd level as an action the player can spend 2 Ki points to disorient an opponent with their psionic power. A creature hit by this will have disadvantage on all combat rolls for turns equal to a monks level. The targeted enemy can make a intelligence saving throw (DC = 10 + monk's INT mod) to half the turns rounded up. (at 3rd level it would be 2 turns if the save was successful)

Psionic Power

starting at 6th level after a monk has finished a long rest they can (by expending a Ki point) make a d6 of psionic damage for every Ki point spent to use for the rest of the day until their next long rest. The monk can chose whether or not to use a d6 after an attack hits.

Mind reading

Also at 6th level the monk can spend a Ki point and a psionic dice to read a creature's mind. The creature can make a wisdom saving throw (DC=10+psionic dice roll) to know that thier mind is being read and to shut the monk out.

starting at 11th level by expending 3 Ki points a monk can make a permanent psionic connection with another intelligent creature within 60ft. the monk can communicate with this creature so long as they are on the same plane. should either linked party die the living linked one will receive a d12 psionic damage.

Psionic lift

starting at 17th level as an action by expending 3 Ki points and a psionic dice the monk can lift an object or creature of size large or smaller anywhere within 30ft. The number of objects or creatures that can be lifted is determined by what you roll on the psionic dice. A hostile creature can make a dexterity saving throw (DC=15+psionic dice roll) to escape. The creature or object will remain where you place it for a number of turns equal to half your monk level(rounded down) or if the monk ends it early.
