The serial killer is the bane of the common citizen - walls and barricades can defend against the fiercist armies, but how can a strong military defend you from an enemy that is walking among the very people they protect?

Serial killers possess a bloodlust rivaled only by the devils, to which they are often compared. In some cases, serial killers are even thought to be devils in human skin. They prey on the weak and have no mercy, and rumors surrounding them have gone down in history as legends.

Murderous Intent

Starting at 3rd level, you can use the bonus action granted by your Cunning Action to use your thieves’ tools to disarm a trap or open a lock or take the Dash action. You have advantage on charisma (intimidation) checks.

Sadistic

Starting at 9th level, you gain advantage on attack rolls against creatures with less than a quarter of their max health.

Escape from the crime scene

Starting at 9th level, whenever you kill another creature with a sneak attack, you gain advantage on dexterity (stealth) checks for one minute.

Throat Slitter

By 13th level, you accurately target the enemy's throat - more specifically, their vocal chords. Remove 2 damage dice from your sneak attack bonus damage and instead add 12 damage. Additionally, kills with sneak attacks are now completely silent.

You are the prey

When you reach 17th level, you have become adept at sweeping enemies off their feet to prepare them for a killing blow. When you strike a creature your size or smaller with a melee attack, you may knock them prone.
