Base Class: Paladin
The Oath of Holy Frozen Order Dalona demands of a Paladin the ability to embody the majestic freedom of the light and the harsh unflinching self-governing of the ridged ice. Called upon to defend the light from mythological threats acting with relentless fervor to defend their beliefs and those around them. Some view themselves as virtuous, visiting merciless and unforeseen justice upon those who quell liberties while others revel in defense of their realm, viewing it as a means of progress.
Many who swear this oath are devoted to ancient gods of chaos and/or justice. The tenants of these gods favor bold conviction and unstoppable purpose, producing an order of action and spontaneity. Followers will often adorn their armor and weapons in carved ruins that pay homage to their archaic deities, whom most have long forgot. All favor their sword soaked in the holy frost bitten light of Dalona's ancient might.

Channel Divinity
3rd-level Oath of Dalona's Frozen Radiance feature
You gain the following two Channel Divinity options. See the Sacred Oath class feature for how Channel Divinity works.
Illuminate the Rhyme and Runes - As an Action, you imbue yourself and weapon with the runes of frost and push your holy light through them: Any melee weapon you are holding becomes transformed into a holy Rhyme Blade of Dalona. This weapon now deals 2d8 Radiant and 1d6 Frost damage in place of its regular damage dice. It is a One Handed martial melee weapon with which only you are proficient with. On the first critical strike of a fight triple the damage dice instead of doubling them.
Armor of Permafrost
7th- and 18th-level Oath of Dalona's Frozen Radiance feature
Starting at 7th level, your armor begins to bleed into your aura itself. Light bends around it and cold frost begins to make it harder to strike you.
Enemies beyond 30 feet have disadvantage when attacking you. You are immune to poison and gain resistance to bludgeoning damage.
At 18th level, you gain resistance to slashing, piercing, and necrotic damage as well.
Templar of the Living Light
15th-level Oath of Dalona's Frozen Radiance feature
As a reaction to your health falling to 0 for the first time your inner light rages forth and keeps your body fighting even during your death. You must still make death rolls and if you fail three you still die; but while in that state you may still fight with your melee weapons. You may not take reactions, bonus actions, cast spells, or do anything but attack with melee weapons. Your movement is considered 0.
You can use this feature only once per long rest.
Walk The Path of Legend
20th-level Oath of Dalona's Frozen Radiance feature
As a bonus action, you call upon Dalona's Light to join yours and walk in her steps. For 1 minute you and all allies within 30feet of you gain:
- 1D6 extra radiant damage to melee attacks
- Ignore Difficult terrain
- Cannot be Blinded
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a 5th-level spell slot to use it again.
