Base Class: Bard

Description TBD

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Metal at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with heavy armor and the greataxe.

If you are wielding a greataxe, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.

Let the Bodies Hit the Floor

At 3rd level, you can dominate the space around you.  Using your action, you spend a bardic inspiration to force enemies that are within 5 feet of you to make a strength saving throw.  On a failure, they take thunder damage equal to your bardic inspiration die, and are knocked prone.  On a success, they take half damage and are not knocked prone.

Blood and Thunder

At 6th level, your proficiency bonus is doubled when making intimidation checks.  Additionally, when you land a critical hit with a melee attack, you also deal additional thunder damage equal to your bardic inspiration die.  When this occurs, enemies that are within 30ft of you, and can see you, must makes a WIS save or be frightened of you until the end of their next turn.

Cry Thunder

Beginning at 14th level, you can "Cry Thunder."  As an action, you exercise the mastery of your music with thunder.  All enemies within 60ft must make a CON saving throw.  On a failure, targets take 12d8 thunder damage and lose their reactions for 1 round.  On a success, take half damage, and keep their reactions.  In addition, all allies (including the caster) within the same area gain temporary HP equal to your bardic inspiration die and successful weapon attacks deal an additional 1d8 thunder damage.  Creatures that are deaf, or have no capacity to hear are unaffected. This feature can be used once, and recharges on a long rest.
