You can cast the Telekinesis spell at will, but you can only target objects that are not being worn or carried or creatures that are medium or smaller

You gain the ability to cast the following spells using ki points.

Heroism costs 1 Ki point

Jump costs 1 Ki point

Hold Person costs 3 Ki points

Blur costs 3 Ki points

Lightning bolt costs 5 Ki points

Haste costs 5 Ki Points

One with the Force

As an action you can enter a meditative state with the force.

For one minute you gain advantage on all attacks made with the attack action.

 You can use this feature twice per long rest.
