This ambidextrous dual wielder's attacks seem spell-bounding to those watching. As they hone their skills, they develop mild arcane abilities which they channel through their weapons.  Once they master these innate skills it is truly a supernatural sight.

Dual Wielder

At the 3rd level, you become an expert at using a weapon in each hand.

• You can use two-weapon fighting even when the one handed melee weapons you are wielding aren’t light.
• You can draw or stow two one-handed weapons when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
• All one handed melee weapons can use the Finesse property.

Arcane Fighter

At the 3rd level, your innate magical ability allows you to channel arcane energy into attacks.

• You gain access to the cantrips Booming Blade and Green-Flame Blade.
• You can choose Ray of Frost, Fire Bolt or Chill Touch for your third cantrip. 
• You can perform the somatic components of spells even when you have weapons in both hands.
• Your weapons are your spell focus.

Constitution is the spell-casting ability for all Arcane Dual Wielder spells.

Arcane Off Hand

At 7th level, your prowess in dual wielding along with your innate magic allows for you to use a Bonus Action instead of an Action for Booming Blade and Green-Flame Blade Proficiency Bonus times per long rest.

Weapon Wards

At 10th level, your enhanced arcane abilities grants you the ability to enchant your weapons to ward off attacks. You can cast Shield and Absorb Elements once each per long rest.

Ambidextrous Attacker

At 15th level, your mastery of ambidexterity results in lightning quick attacks. Once per turn you can make a melee attack with each weapon as your bonus action or you can make one attack of opportunity and use one reaction spell. Both of these share a Proficiency Bonus per long rest uses.

Whirlwind

At 18th level, in combat you brandish you weapons in a feverish whirlwind. Whenever you use action surge you may gain a second bonus action if you do not use any spells on this turn. You also regain your all Arcane Dual Wielder spells on a short rest.
