Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

As a creature, you are incapable of fighting as any Humanoids can under normal conditions. As such, you must fight as you can, with your size and species' survival tactics.

Size

Your size determines any bonuses or penalties to stealth and AC

Gargantuan

You are Gargantuan and have massively increased Hit Points and a large penalty and disadvantage to Stealth.

Huge

You are Huge and gain increased Hit Points and a large penalty to Stealth.

Large

You are Large, and have an increase to Hit Points while giving a penalty to stealth.

Medium

You are of middling size, and have a minor bonus to Hit Points.

Small

You are Small, and you are only slightly harder to hit and detect but suffer a small penalty to Hit Points.

Tiny

You are Tiny, and are harder to notice and to hit but have a penalty to Hit Points.

Carnivores

Your species is known for eating flesh of others. You gain a small bonus to AC, but suffer a small penalty to Hit Points.

Herbivores

Your species is known to eat vegetation. You gain a slight bonus to Hit Points, but suffer a small penalty to AC.

Later level Feat: Alert

Omnivores

Your species is known to eat both flora and fauna. You gain advantage on CON Saving Throws but suffer a small penalty to Hit Points and AC.

Later level Feat: Resilient

Scavenger

Your species is known for eating decaying flora and/or fauna, and as such are more resilient against toxins and diseases. Gain resistance to Poison but suffer a slight penalty to Hit Points and AC.

Your species is known for its strong and powerful bodies. You gain a bonus to Hit Points and AC, but suffer a massive penalty to Perception.

Later level Feat: Tough

Pack

Your species is known for staying in a tightly-knit pack. You gain the Inspiring Leader Feat and a bonus to Animal Handling, but suffer a large penalty to Stealth.

Later level Feat: Sentinel

Sneak

Your species is known for hiding until the most opportune moment presents itself. You gain the Skulker Feat but suffer a slight penalty to AC.

Later level Feat: Lucky

Swift

Your species is known for being fast and agile. You gain the Mobile Feat and a slight bonus to AC, but you suffer a slight penalty to Hit Points.

Later level Feat: Charger

Your hunting through practice has made you easier to maneuver. You gain the Athlete Feat.

Opportunity Strikes!

As a creature who survives on other's scraps, you wait until the opportune moment to take your portion. You gain the Observant Feat.

Vegan

Your species is prey to other creatures, but constantly being on edge makes you paranoid of predators. You gain the Alert Feat.

Like a Fish in Water...

Your species' tactics are improved. You gain a Feat related to it.

800-Pound Giant Ape

Your species' bulkiness is improved due to your training and consistent pain. Gain the Tough Feat.

A Little Closer...Luckily

Hiding out and getting just the right moment can be tricky, but with a little luck, you can get through anything! You gain the Lucky Feat.

Chase 'Em Down!

Your swift legs and attacks can now be one Action! You gain the Charger Feat.

Pack-Attack!

You know how to strike a target that is fleeing or distracted by others. You gain the Sentinel Feat.

Alpha and Omega

You have been in countless fights and your body is one with nature. You gain the Keen Mind Feat and gain advantage on Survival rolls.
