Base Class: Monk
Having blinded yourself to hide from the Eye, you find yourself still tainted by its vast knowledge. Channeling the ki within as your fear grips your heart, you find a way to make do, utilizing this cursed knowledge in ways best fit for the world
Sixth Sense
While blinded you gain 20 feet of blindsight. Each time you gain a level in this class this vision increases by five feet. You are still blind beyond that point.
Also, If a creature or object triggers a reaction from you while you are blinded in the range of your blindsight you may react without expending a reaction. You may only react once to any one trigger. You may use this ability once per round. You can still only use a held action once.
Bonus Proficiency
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in your choice from Insight, Investigation, or Perception.
Statement Begins
You compel the Ceaseless Watcher to extort the truth from its subjects. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 ki point to force it to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is unable to speak a deliberate lie, and all Charisma checks directed at the creature are made with advantage for up to 10 minutes. You know if it succeeded or failed on its saving throw.
And affected creature is aware of the effect and can thus avoid answering questions to which it would normally respond with a lie. Such a creature can be evasive in its answers as long as the effect lasts.
If you wish to impose this effect on a creature without injuring it, you can attack the creature to simply touch it, dealing no damage on a hit.
See all of Reality
At 11th level you can see invisible creatures, creatures in the ethereal, concealed creatures, and every single object on a creature you focus on including what's in their pockets, bags, in a chest, or anything else in your blind sight range. You have advantage on finding traps or objects that are in your blindsight range and on saves against traps while you are blinded along with all perception checks and investigation checks.
The Watcher's Crown
Starting at 17th level, you can call up visions of the past that relate to an object you hold or your immediate surroundings. You spend at least 1 minute in meditation and prayer, then receive dreamlike, shadowy glimpses of recent events. You can meditate in this way for a number of minutes equal to your Wisdom score and must maintain concentration during that time, as if you were casting a spell.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Holding an object as you meditate, you can see visions of the object's previous owner. After meditating for 1 minute, you learn how the owner acquired and lost the object, as well as the most recent significant event involving the object and that owner. If the object was owned by another creature in the recent past (within a number of days equal to your Wisdom score), you can spend 1 additional minute for each owner to learn the same information about that creature.
As you meditate, you see visions of recent events in your immediate vicinity (a room, street, tunnel, clearing, or the like, up to a 50-foot cube), going back a number of days equal to your Wisdom score. For each minute you meditate, you learn about one significant event, beginning with the most recent. Significant events typically involve powerful emotions, such as battles and betrayals, marriages and murders, births and funerals. However, they might also include more mundane events that are nevertheless important in your current situation.
