A College for those whom feel Bards should do more than just make music.

3rd-level College of the Funk feature

You can use your dancing instead of music or instruments to cast spells. Your arcane focus comes from your hip dance moves. If a DM requires a physical item for an arcane focus it can simply be any form of external apparel such as shoes, pants, jewelry, rings, and so on. 

Inspiration Shuffle

3rd-level College of the Funk feature

You inspire your allies to dance and bring fourth greater odds. When a creature spends their inspiration die and adds it to either an attack roll or skill check, they can spend their movement to dance and gain the ability to re-roll an attack roll, skill check, or the inspiration die itself. 

Dance Off

3rd-level College of the Funk feature

You magically goad a creature into a dance off. Pride is on the line. 

As an action: Spend a bardic inspiration and all your movement to target a creature within 30ft that you can see and have it make a Charisma saving throw against your spell DC. On a fail it is goaded into a dance off. You and the target creature both roll a competing performance check. The loser gains disadvantage on attack rolls, skill checks, and saving throws along with having disadvantage on any attack rolls for 1 minute. As an action the losers can make a Charisma saving throw against your spell DC to attempt to reassure itself and end the emotional damage early.

6th-level College of the Funk feature

You feel a musical coming on. Once per long rest: 

When you perform a dance off, before the contending performance rolls, any willing creature you choose in a 10ft radius can join in. Each willing creature that joins in can target another creature OR the same creature within a 30ft radius of the willing creature and cause a charisma saving throw to goad that target. If multiple people target the same creature then they can choose one to represent themselves for the contending performance check and gain advantage. If a willing creature that joined targets a new creature and it fails the charisma saving throw, then those two roll competing performance checks. Any creature that loses, and every creature that joined and loses or is teaming up with a creature that loses gains disadvantage on attack rolls, skill checks, and saving throws along with having disadvantage on any attack rolls for 1 minute. As an action anyone affected can make a Charisma saving throw against your spell DC to attempt to reassure themselves and end the emotional damage early.

14th-level College of the Funk feature

When you win a dance off, you get back a bardic inspiration charge and gain an inspiration die. Any creature you choose that also wins a dance off also gets one of your inspiration dies.
