Base Class: Monk
Kenku had their wings and voices stolen their places among the great avian species of the world ripped away by the dark lord of death. They had loyally served him until they attempted to steal the scythe of death and were punished for their disloyalty. Monks of the way of the lost voice are devoted to preserving the ancient history of the Kenku in hopes of finding a way to restore their wings and voices. Monks use their ki and ancient knowledge of death to ruthlessly seek out knowledge of the past and a way back to greatness.
Strike of Death
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your studies of Kenku secrets had taught you how to connect with the soul of another creature, when making an unarmored strike spend one Ki to steal some of the opponents' life force when striking them. In addition to the damage from the unarmored strike deal additional narcotic damage of 1d4 + wisdom modifier + monk level and gain temporary hit points equal to the narcotic damage dealt.
Shadow Step *could change*
At 6th level, you gain the ability to step from one shadow into another. When you are in dim light or darkness, as a bonus action you can teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness. You then have advantage on the first melee attack you make before the end of the turn.
