Base Class: Barbarian
Master of throwing.
Skilled Thrower
You can add 1/2 of your character level (minimum of 1) to your attack roll made with weapons that have the thrown property.
Throwing Master
Any melee weapon you wield gains the Thrown (range 20/60) property. Any melee weapon with the heavy property is thrown with disadvantage.
At 10th level you can throw melee weapons with the heavy property without disadvantage.
Hurler of Man and Beast
All small and medium creatures gain the Thrown (range 20/60), though medium creatures are thrown with disadvantage.
When throwing a creature you can either launch or attack. Launching a creature moves them the up to full range avoiding difficult terrain and opportunity attacks but deals no damage. Attacking uses the thrown creature as a projectile weapon. Small creatures deal 2d6+strength mod damage and take half of that themselves. Medium creatures deal 2d8+strength mod damage and take half of that themselves.
World Hurler
You gain advantage on anything you throw. If the thrown object, creature, or weapon has the thrown property (either naturally or thanks to class features), you add your strength mod doubled to damage rolls.
Furthermore, double the range of your thrown weapons.
At 20th level you can throw large creatures while raging.
