Arcane engineers use modern technology in conjunction with their magic to make impressive results such as using them to cast spells and allowing others to use the spells recorded in the device using the magic stored. They can create digital constructs capable of moving around and controlling their digital environments to an extent or just controlling physical machines. They see magic as a force that follows certain rules that they can exploit to allow it to be harnessed such as electricity in electronics, fire in the refining and firing of materials, and even the explosions of flammable materials to create propulsion.

Tool Proficiency

You gain proficiency with smith’s tools. If you already have this proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of artisan’s tools of your choice.

Arcane Engineer Spells

You always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Arcane Engineer Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

Digital Construct

An arcane engineer is capable of creating a digital construct that is used to aid by using the digital medium that they are put into. The digital construct inhabits things ranging from a simple computer to a flash drive. Although they can inhabit complex devices they can not change what they inhabit by themselves or through a wireless connection. Although they can only inhabit a single system they can get input through connections to the system and give outputs through physical or specially adapted wireless connections. The digital construct will eventually fade s number of days equal to twice the arcane engineer's level if they where to die

Arcane Code

Allows an arcane engineer to create a program that can store how to cast spells. This allows a person to cast the learned spells using their magic even if they normally would not be able to cast it.

Arcane Storage

An arcane engineer can learn how to store magic in materials making them work like containers. this allows them to input magic into technology in place of a caster.

 

Improved Digital Construct

An arcane engineer is capable of improving their Digital Construct to be able to control and inhabit multiple systems even if not directly connected through digital or physical means. Although they need a system that they are inhabiting to physically be connected for them to start inhabiting it. The Digital construct can also manipulate its newly inhabited system as though it was an advanced virus on a computer with no anti-virus.
