Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The Amazon's of Bresha Wilds were revered for their beauty, fighting prowess and fierceness on the battlefield and ultimately feared by any that stood before them.

Barbarians who walk the Path of Bresha call not to any god or deity but instead embrace the complete idea of battle and call upon their spiritual ancestors for guidance, entering a focused rage to lead their side to victory.

Battle Awareness

3rd-level Path of Bresha feature

At 3rd level you can see all that happens on the battlefield. You gain proficiency in Insight and Perception checks and have advantage on these checks during active combat.

Fury of Bresha

3rd-level Path of Bresha feature

When you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain the ability to fight with the spirit of your amazon ancestors. Any effect you create that requires a saving throw, the DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier.

Vengeance Burst: When you take damage, you can use a reaction to absorb a portion of that attack. Once you have done this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.

The amount you can absorb is equal to 2d6 but does not reduce the total damage taken.

  • As a bonus action you can release the stored energy dealing force damage in either a 30ft cone or 15ft circle. Any creature within the area takes force damage equal to the total damage absorbed and must make a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
  • Any energy you’ve absorbed is released when you become incapacitated or fall unconscious.

When you reach certain levels in this class, you can increase the amount of damage you can store: by 3d6 at 10th level and by 4d6 at 14th level.

Truth Grasp

6th-level Path of the Bresha feature

Starting at 6th level, when you perform a successful grapple on a creature you can force that creature to make a Charisma saving throw.

  • On a failed save the creature is branded with a sigil of truth for 10 mins and prevents them from lying. The brand ends early when you choose (no action), after 10 mins or with a Lesser Restoration spell.
  • On a successful save the creature remains unaffected but must repeat the saving throw at the end of your next turn until the grapple ends.

Aura of Bresha

10th-level Path of the Bresha feature

When you reach 10th level you gain the ability to inspire your allies. When you enter a rage you can choose a number of willing creatures within 30ft equal to your Constitution modifier and grant one of the following effects. The effect ends early if your rage ends.

  • Vigor - Maximum hit points is increased based on your barbarian level + Con modifier.
  • Speed - Maximum speed by 10ft and grant advantage on Athletics or Acrobatics checks
  • Strength - Add an additional 1d6 force damage to all their melee and ranged melee attacks
  • Bravery - Gains a bonus to Wisdom and Charisma saving throws equal to your Constitution modifier.

This effect ends whenever you are no longer raging.

Pride of Bresha

14th-level Path of Wild Magic feature

Your ability to manifest the true might of Bresha reaches its highest level. While raging you now summon the armor of a fallen Breshan Champion. When you use your reaction to absorb damage as part of your Vengeance Burst feature, you can choose to gain resistance to the attack's damage type/s. Additionally, once per turn you can add an extra 1d10 of the absorbed damage type to your attacks.

The resistance and additional damage ends when your rage ends or if you choose to use this feature again.
