Base Class: Sorcerer
An innate arcana sorcerer is infused with pure magical energy, giving them a natural affinity and understanding of the arcane. Their mastery of spellcraft leads many to confuse them for wizards, and indeed many supplement their natural talent with the study of wizardry.
Inherent Wizardry
Your affinity for the arcane allows you to learn spells from the wizard class. When your Spellcasting feature lets you learn or replace a sorcerer cantrip or a sorcerer spell of 1st level or higher, you can choose the new spell from the wizard spell list or the sorcerer spell list. You must otherwise obey all the restrictions for selecting the spell, and it becomes a sorcerer spell for you.
Additionally, you can use Intelligence as your spellcasting ability for your sorcerer spells.
Spell Versatility
Starting at 1st level, whenever you finish a long rest, you can replace one sorcerer spell you know with another spell from the sorcerer or wizard spell lists. The new spell must be the same level as the spell you replace.
Spell Ward
Starting at 6th level, you have resistance to damage from spells.
Additionally, when a creature within 30 feet of you takes damage from a spell, you can use your reaction and spend 1 sorcery point to grant resistance to the creature against that instance of damage.
Eldritch Focus
Starting at 14th level, while you are concentrating on a sorcerer spell, your concentration can’t be broken as a result of taking damage.
Spell Mastery
By 18th level, you have achieved such mastery over certain spells that you can cast them at will. Choose a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell on the sorcerer or wizard spell list. You can cast those spells at their lowest level without expending a spell slot. If you want to cast either spell at a higher level, you must expend a spell slot as normal.
After finishing a long rest, you can exchange one or both of the spells you chose for different spells of the same levels.
