Base Class: Monk
The Way of the All Valley monk trains night and day to win the title of "All Valley Champion" once a year. They train in two separate dojos which are rivals and emphasise offence and defence respectively.
Dojo Choice
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can choose to train in Miyagi Do or Cobra Kai. This will reflect the abilities you get as you level up.

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can choose between Miyagi Do or Cobra Kai.
Miyagi-Do
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can choose between Miyagi Do or Cobra Kai.

Karate is for defence only
At 3rd level, you gain the following benefits:
- You can use your reaction to reduce damage from a melee attack by 2d6, you can spend additional ki points to reduce the damage by an additional 1d6
- Advantage on checks to escape being grappled or knocked prone
Way of the fist
At 3rd level, you gain the following benefits:
- You gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls and attack rolls for melee attacks
- You score critical hits at 19 and 20

No mercy
Starting at level 6, you gain the following benefits:
- Advantage on initiative checks
- Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike you can force them to make a STR save or be knocked prone. You can recharge this ability with 1 ki point (no action).
Wax on, wax off
Starting at 6th level, you gain the following benefits:
- Once on your turn when you hit a creature, you can reduce its movement speed by 15 ft until the start of your next turn
- You cannot be targeted by opportunity attacks

Crane Kick
You can make opportunity attacks on creatures entering your melee range, furthermore creatures you hit with an opportunity attack must make a STR check or be knocked prone.
Quicksilver Technique
You can spend 2 ki points to roll max damage on your next damage roll.
Defeat Does Not Exist
Beginning at 17th level, your inability to accept defeat keeps you from death. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can expend 2 ki points (no action required) to have 1 hit point instead.
