Bard
Base Class: Bard

You are one of the few gifted with the talent of storytelling. Whether in battle or in common daily occurrences you tell your stories with such intensity and believability that even the universe itself sometimes forgets that it is not real, bending reality to your will.

The art of Word Painting

At 3rd level you no longer require material or somatic components for spells, instead, reality allows you to simply release the magic from within your words. Instead, however, any spells not requiring a verbal component now do.

The art of Storytelling

When you tell a story people listen, as does the environment. When you spend one minute telling a story you can make people believe in you, choose one creature that must make a (WIS) saving throw. On a fail, they are affected as if you had cast the Suggestion spell. The number of targets increases to 2 at level 7, 3 at level 13, and 4 at level 18.

Alternatively, you may reshape your environment to any degree within a ten-foot cube around you. This distance increases to 20-feet at level 7, 30-feet at level 13, and 50-feet at level 18.

Words can hurt

At 3rd level when making a spell attack, you may expend one of your inspiration dice and 2D (inspiration die) psychic damage to the roll. This damage is inflicted whether or not the spell hits if it is targeted, or otherwise does damage, such as if the damage were negated.

Silver Tongued

You have truly mastered the stories you tell. Choose two spells from your spell list, you may now cast these spells as a bonus action. Choose two more spells to add to this list at level 14.

The mind is faster than the mouth

As a master of stories, you know how to think ahead of each moment of the story you are currently telling. You may now hold two concentration spells for one round, after which you must drop concentration. Additionally, if you were to lose concentration on one spell from anything other than your own command you only lose control of one spell, and may not lose your concentration until the end of your next turn.
