Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of Projected Will learn to harness the force within their minds and project it into being. By focusing your ki you can create physical manifestations of your resolve to use for combat and tactics. These monks are known to not only create weapons, but create barriers to help protect themselves and those around them.
Forceful Blow
3rd-level Way of Projected Will feature
You use your ki to make your unarmed strikes more forceful. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 ki point to deal extra force damage equal to one roll of your Martial Arts die + your Wisdom modifier. You can use this feature only once per turn.
Weapon Manifestation
3rd-level Way of Projected Will feature
You can manifest suitable weapons using the power of your mind. As a bonus action, you can spend a ki point to create a simple melee weapon, which has all of the properties of the weapon you choose, except that it deals force damage. The weapon last for 10 minutes, or until you drop to 0 HP, or are incapacitated.
Quick Deflection
6th-level Way of Projected Will feature
You gain the ability to deflect more than just arrows. You can cast Shield as a reaction. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and gain all expended uses on a short or long rest.
Barrier Manifestation
11th-level Way of Projected Will feature
You can manifest a barrier to use in protecting others or to gain the high ground. As an action, you can spend 3 ki points to create a 5ft. X 5ft. Barrier, ¼ of an inch thick, within 60 feet of you, in any orientation. As a bonus action, you can move it up to 30 feet, also changing its orientation if desired. Any creature hiding behind this barrier has ¾ cover, and if anything is standing on the barrier, it can withstand 500 pounds. To keep the barrier up requires concentration, and disappears when concentration is dropped or if it leaves the range of 60 feet.
Bolstered Barrier
17th-level Way of Projected Will feature
The barriers you manifest become bigger and stronger. By spending 4 ki points, you can cast Wall of Force using only somatic components. You can also move the wall created by this spell as a bonus action, up to 30 feet within range.
