Fervent Desire

Warlocks of the Burning Heart are driven by obsessive desire, seeking to gain the hearts and minds of others by any means necessary. The emotions, desires, and goals of others are not obstacles, but rather tools to be used and discarded at will.

Expanded Spell List

The Burning Heart lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

(Sadly, DNDBeyond makes having Compelled Duel on your spell list illegal. You could fix that with a homebrewed feat, though. Hint Hint.)

Heartfelt Connection

At 1st level, the ability to draw upon bonds with others fuels the passion within your soul. When you cast a spell that requires concentration on another creature and at the start of each of your turns while you maintain concentration, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier (min: 1) plus your proficiency bonus.

Blazing Passion

At 6th level, you gain the ability to enflame the emotions of those around you with adoration. As an action, you can force creatures of your choice within a 10 foot radius to make a Wisdom saving throw against your Warlock spell save DC. Creatures that fail their save become charmed by you for 1 minute, and hostile to each other. Affected creatures can make a saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success. Creatures that succeed on this saving throw become immune to its effects for 24 hours.

Spurned Love

At 10th level, you find ways to retain your devotion's focus, even at the expense of lesser bonds. When you fail a saving throw to maintain your concentration, you can expend your reaction to succeed on the save by ending an effect causing a creature to be charmed by you.

To the Ends of the Earth

At 14th level, your devotion knows no bounds. What others would see as a missed opportunity, you see as an opportunity to try again. When a creature succeeds on a saving throw you impose upon it, it has disadvantage on the next saving throw you impose upon it.
