College of the Rallying Spirit

Role:

While other bards are swinging swords, telling really bad jokes, or playing their instrument rain or shine your role in your party is different. You chose the College of the Rallying Spirit becase you are a team player and aim not to win personal honor or glory but to ensure your team has what it needs to win the day. You are the quiet worker, the unseen hand, the guiding spirit that enables others to go above and beyond what they could normally hope to achieve. You use your infectious personality and shinning personality to rally and inspire your party working singlemindedly to protect and buff your allies. 

Stay On Your Toes

At 3rd level you may spend a barding inspiration dice to implant a helpful spirit into one of your allies. As an action you target a willing creature and burn one bardic inspiration dice. Till that creatures next long rest that creature adds a +1 to their AC. 

War Cry

At 6th level as an action you may release a powerful war cry targeting all friendly creatures of your choice in a 30ft radius. All allies within this radius are empowered by your war cry and gain temporary HP equal to your charisma mod + level. additionally while allies still have temporary hit points left in their temporary hit point pool due to this effect each ally will receive an AC buff equal to your Charisma mod / 2 (round up) until all hit points gained this way leave their hit point pools. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma Mod per long rest. 

A Song of the Second Wind

As an action at 14th level you begin to sing a song of healing abandoning yourself to your music and you become ignorant of your surroundings. Each friendly creature of your choice within a 50ft radius heals for 10D8 + spellcasting ability. However this magic comes at a price; until the start of your next turn all melee attacks made against you are made with advantage. You may only use this ability once per long rest.
