Base Class: Sorcerer
Characterized by their gregarious and all-encompassing charisma, these sorcerers love the roots of all magic and seek to make the most out of the least. They have a manifestly capacious spirit which appreciates and maximizes the simple and little things
Cantrip Mastery
At level 1, your love of instinctual magic allows you to learn cantrips normally associated with any class. When your Spellcasting feature lets you learn a sorcerer cantrip, you can choose the new spell from any spell list. You must otherwise obey all the restrictions for selecting the spell, and it becomes a sorcerer spell for you.
In addition, you know double the number of cantrips a normal sorcerer would. If you multiclass as a sorcerer with this origin, you gain only two additional cantrips. All of your sorcerer cantrips can still draw from spell list. Cantrips gathered in this way do not benefit from augmentation from other class abilities such as the warlocks agonizing blast or evocation wizard's potent cantrip.
Soulcan
Starting at 1st level, your unusual dedication to cantrips flows beyond normal limits even manifesting itself in physical space. You manifest your spirit in a vessel (a can, a bottle, a lamp, an Amulet, a ring) which you can hold and use as your Spellcasting Focus or wear around your neck or on your hand. If you lose your soulcan, you can manifest a new one by focusing on an appropriate item for one hour; you can do this on a short or a long rest. On your turn as a free action, your soulcan can prepare a sorcerer cantrip you know of your choice. At any time, as a reaction you may expend one use of this ability to cast this cantrip.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier plus your proficiency bonus. This ability resets on a long rest.
Two for the Price of One
Starting at 6th level, your faith in your beloved spells has unlocked a new capacity for making them more effective. Whenever you expend sorcery points to affect one of your sorcerer cantrips, you gain a Cantrip Point. A Cantrip Point lasts until the end of your next turn and can be used to empower your next cantrip, granting an additional attack or effect roll.
Ex: one fire bolt blast, becomes two; 2 eldritch blasts becomes three: the effect roll for guidance or mind sliver becomes two dice rolls.
Additionally, when you cast a cantrip, you may also cast one additional cantrip which does not deal damage as a bonus action without using sorcery points. When you cast a cantrip in this way you cannot expend a use of your soul jar until the start of your next turn.
Cantrip Champion
Starting at 14th level, your mastery of cantrips has enabled you to take greater advantage of opponents openings or weaknesses. Whenever you make a spell attack roll for a sorcerer cantrip, your range for criticals expands to 19-20.
At level 19, this increases to 18-20.
Cantrip Insistence
Starting at 18th level, your love of these simple spells can win over the strongest resistance or even transform your magic. Whenever you gain a Cantrip Point, your empowered cantrip cast may also ignore resistances.
