Order of the Chaotic Blood

The Order of Chaos are Blood Hunters that completely shred their humanity for more power. These hunters become more demonic than human, but in doing so, they gain more power than could ever be humanly possible. The price they pay however, is their souls and humanity. These are the most extreme hunters, those of which that will do anything to destroy the beasts that they seek. These hunters are often ones that are desperate for revenge or seethe with hatred. 

Rite of Chaos

When you join this order at 3rd level, you learn the esoteric rite Rite of Chaos (detailed below).

Rite of Chaos. Your rite damage is Necrotic type. The damage you suffer from activating this rite is doubled.

If you hit a creature with your Rite of Chaos, it suffers additional Necrotic damage equal to your Wisdom modifier. 

Upon reaching 11th level, the damage you take from activating this rite is normal and the damage you deal ignores necrotic resistances. 

 

Chaotic Blood

The ritual to join the Order of Chaos is one of intense pain and suffering. It changes your very soul. 

When you join the order of Chaos, your creature type changes to Fiend, regardless of what you were prior. You also gain resistance to necrotic damage, but vulnerability to radiant.

This also changes your physical characteristics slightly (your choice). Your eyes may turn red, or hair color change. 

Sworn Destruction

Beginning at 7th level, your blood curses become more potent and deadly. Whenever you use a blood curse on a creature, that creature also is affected by the "hex" spell. This effect lasts until your blood curse is ended. 

If you amplify the blood curse, you deal extra damage to the creature equal to your wisdom modifier, and score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 against the cursed creature. 

Blood Seeker

Upon reaching 11th level, your chaotic blood thirsts for destruction. Whenever you take the attack action, you can attack 3 times instead of 2. 

Agonizing Curses

At 15th level, you learn to channel chaotic energy to a creature afflicted with your blood curse. As a bonus action, you can send a chaotic surge to a creature afflicted by your blood curse. That creature instantly takes damage equal to your wisdom modifier plus a roll of your crimson rite die. 

Devil's Visage

Upon reaching 18th level, you learn to transform, allowing the demon inside to take over. As an action, you can transform into a devilish form for 1 minuet. 

While in this transformation, you gain a fly speed equal to your movement speed. You gain a resistance to any non-magical and non-silvered damage. Your attacks also deal extra necrotic damage equal to your wisdom modifier. 

This ability lasts for 1 minute or until you drop unconscious.

You can use this ability once per long rest.
