Ki-Fueled Body

Starting at third level, all your training finally starts to come in handy. You can use a bonus action to start harnessing your ki into your own body. this state (the "State") last until you're able to sustain it, meaning you have to spend ki points at the start of every minute since the State is activated. The State also ends if you're knocked unconcious. Furthermore, when you enter the State you can also dedice to wich extent you want use your power (the "State Level"), from 5% (the bare minimum in order to gain the State's benefits) to 100%. The maximum extent you're able to use (your "Limit") is equal to 5 times your monk level (for instance, a 3rd level monk can use up to 15%, a 4 level monk up to 20% and so on). The number of ki points you need to spend to mantain the State each minute is equal to your State Level / 10 (rounded up). While your State is active, you gain the following benefit:

  • Your movement speed increases by an amount of feet equal to your State Level / 5
  • Your Strength and Dexterity score both increase by you State Level / 20 (minimum of 1, and rounded down) and can exceed 20
  • The distance covered by your long jump increases by a number of feet equal to your Dexterity score (minimum of 1) and you don't need to move 10 feet in a straight line in order to do a long jump
  • The distance covered by your high jump increases by a number of feet equal to your Dexterity score and the distance covered is not halved If you make a standing long jump
  • You can add half of your strength modifier (round down, minimum of 0) to the damage of your unarmed strikes
  • you can use your Slow Fall feature without spending your reaction

Enhanced Ki-Fueled Body

At level six, you start to adapt to your State, while your State is active, you gain the following benefits:

  • Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can force him into making a Strenght Saving Throw (against your monk DC), on a fail, it is pushed away from you up to a number of feet equal to your State Level / 5 (minimum of five feet) and knocked prone
  • you can jump off walls
  • Once per minute, you can grant yourself advantage to any Strenght or Dexterity Saving Throw or Ability Check

Additionally, while your State you can diminish your State Level (no action required) at any time (without getting any ki points back), and you can inscrease your State Level (no action required) provided that you spend the ki points needed to cover the difference between your current State Level and the one you wish to achive (for instance, if you were to go from 20% to 35%, normally you would have to wait for the minute to expire and then to spend 4 ki points, now you can just spend 2 ki points (you already spent the other 2 by entering 20% State) and can do so at any moment)

Ki-Fueled Smite

Starting at six level, while your State is active, after you hit a creature with an unarmed strike you can gain the following benefits:

  • You can add your proficiency bonus and Strenght modifer (minimum of 1) to the damage of this unarmed strike
  • If you decide to push your target away with this punch using your "Enhanced Ki-Fueled Body" feature, the distance increase by 10 feet

you can use this feature a number of time equal to your proficiency bonus per minute, for each extra use you'll have to spend one ki point.

Limit Breaker

At level 11, you learn to give yourself an instant boost for a short span of time. while your State is active, using a bonus action you can spend 5 ki points to take your State Level to 120% until the end of your turn, gain another bonus action and you can use your Ki-Fueled Smite without spending ki points.

When your State ends, you suffer one level of exhaustion.

Also, you don't suffer the effects of exhaustion while your State is active.

Ki-Fueled Body Master

at level 17, when you spend ki points to keep your State active or to enable it, it lasts for 2 minutes instead of one.

Additionally, if your State Level is greater than 40%, you have advantage on every Strenght and Dexterity Saving Thorw/Ability check.

Finally, while your State is active, you add your full Strenght modifier to every unarmed strike's damage instead of half of it.
