Bonus Proficiency

Bolster Spirit
At 3rd Level you have learned to channel ki beyond yourself and into the spirit of others. You gain the following benefits.
Spiritual Unity. Whenever you spend 1 or more ki points with one of your features, you may choose a creature within 30 feet of you. The target creature gains 5 temporary for 1 hour. The number of temporary hit points increases to 10 at 12th level in this class.
Mystic Enhancement. When a creature you can see makes an attack within 5 feet of you, you can spend 1 ki point as a reaction to channel your ki into that creature. The creature can add your proficiency bonus to its attack roll and the attack deals additional damage equal to your monk level + your wisdom modifier.
Mystic Bond
Starting at 6th Level, you learn to unite your spirit with your allies to combine your strengths and split your weaknesses. As an action you can target a creature within 30 feet of you that you can see, to bond with them for 1 minute. As your spirits merge a powerful energy accumulates, as part of the same action you can spend 1 ki point to release this energy on a chosen creature within 10 feet of you that you can see. That creature must make a WIS saving throw. On a failed save it takes physic damage equal to your monk level + your wisdom modifier + the wisdom modifier of the creature you bonded with or half as much damage on a successful save.
While you are bonded with a creature you can choose one of the following effects:
- Gift of Might: The creature you are bonded with can add your DEX modifier + your proficiency bonus to the damage of its attacks, but you take a -5 penalty to your attack rolls.
- Selfless Shield: The creature you are bonded with gains a +5 bonus to AC but you take 1d4 damage each time the creature you are bonded with takes damage.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up), and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
Weave Destiny
At 11th level, you learn to use ki to mystically intertwine spirits, you may ensure allies do not miss their mark, or grant a mysterious connection between yourself and others. You gain the following benefits:
Destined Strike. When you make a successful melee attack against a target creature, you can spend 3 ki points and choose a creature you can see within 30 feet of you, that can include yourself. For the next 10 minutes the chosen creature always knows which direction the target creature is in if it is on the same plane as them and is also able to see the target creature even if it is invisible. For the next minute the chosen creature may choose to automatically succeed on a single attack against the target creature, if the target creature is an eligible target for an attack by the chosen creature. The target creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, it takes the normal damage for the attack, plus an extra 2d8 psychic damage. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage.
Soul Knot. You can use an action to spend 1 ki point and touch a willing creature, linking your spiritual self with theirs. For the next 10 minutes you always know which direction the creature is in if it is on the same plane as you and you can see the creature even if it is invisible. You gain proficiency in any skill the creature has proficiency in, and the creature gains proficiency in any skill you are proficient in.
Shield of Solidarity
At 17th level, you learn to shield the ones you guide from certain doom. When a creature other than you within 60 feet of you takes damage that reduces it to 0 hit points but does not kill it outright, you can use your reaction to spend 4 ki points and drop the creature to 1 hit point instead, the creature gains +5 bonus AC for 1 minute. This reaction cannot be used on the same creature again for another 12 hours. If you are bonded by the Mystic Bond feature with the creature that you use this reaction on you can use the reaction without spending any ki points.
