Mechanical Specialty

You pick one of the following mechancal specialties: Land Based Vehicles, Sea Based Vehicles, Air based Vehicles (At DM's Discretion).

Air Based Vehicle Specialty

You have a natural affinity for air based vehicles. You have advantage on designing, building, repairing and operating air based vehicles 

Land Vehicle Specialty

You have a natural affinity for land based vehicles. You have advantage on skill checks to design, build, repair, and operate land based vehicles 

Water Vehicle Specialty

You have a natural affinity for repairing and operating water based vehicles. You have advantage on skill checks to design, build, repair, and  operate water based vehicles

Custom design

You can now add your own custom design modifications such as armor, magical engines, weapons, etc. each customization takes time and money based on size/type of customization. Small customizations take 4 hours and 100 gold pieces. Large take 10 hours and 250 gold pieces. Each size category bigger than large takes an extra day 150 gold pieces per size category bigger than large. 

Rapid build and repair

You can now design, build, and repair your chosen vehicle type in hall of the time and for half of the cost that it would normally take 

Construct crew

You can magically create a custom crewman for your vehicle. The construct looks however you like and follows short simple instructions given to it by you or someone you designate. The construct must be size small or medium. 

Improve creations

Vehicles, parts, constructs, and engines are now more durable and have double the HP and add +3 to AC

Imbue sentience

You can now imbue your small vehicles and crew constructs with sentience
