Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Let the world feel your thunderous rage, let loose the furious storm. Bring down the Wrath of the Heavens on your foes.

Wrath of the Storm

You gain resistance to thunder and lightning damage.

Additionally, while in a frenzy, every two of your turns, every creature within five feet of you takes 1d4 thunder and lightning damage. This damage increases by 1d4 every two barbarian levels. You may use an action to disable this feature, but next time you enter a frenzy, it will not be disabled. If you disable this feature, at the end of your rage, you gain an additional point of exhaustion from the effort of suppressing the storm.

Thunderous Frenzy

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can go into a frenzy when you rage. If you do so, for the duration of your rage you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action on each of your turns after this one, this attack deals only lightning damage, and deals the same damage as the last attack you made. When your rage ends, you suffer one level of exhaustion.

Rage of Lightning

Beginning at 6th level, you can’t be charmed or frightened while raging. If you are charmed or frightened when you enter your rage, the effect is suspended for the duration of the rage.

Also, you are able to cast chain lightning.

Storm of Rage

Beginning at 10th level, you can use your action to shock someone with your rage. When you do so, choose one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. It must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be stunned until the end of your next turn. On subsequent turns, you can use your action to extend the duration of this effect on the stunned creature until the end of your next turn. This effect ends if the creature ends its turn out of line of sight or more than 60 feet away from you.

If the creature succeeds on its saving throw, you can’t use this feature on that creature again for 24 hours.

Let Loose the Storm

Starting at 14th level, when you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you, if this damage puts you below ten hp, on your next turn, you may use an action to fully release all the energy inside you, creating an actual storm in a 50 foot sphere around you. When you take any damage caused by a creature within the sphere, you may use a reaction to deal 2d12 lightning damage and 1d12 thunder damage to the creature that damaged you.
