Base Class: Druid
Most beings across the planes regard dragons with a mix of terror and awe, for their place among the top of the food chain is well earned. However, there are a few who regard them as little more than beasts of a different stripe, mere winged crocodiles. Druids of this opinion may eventually learn to take the shape of dragons, evening the playing field against their scaled overlords.
Pseudodragon
When you join this circle at 2nd level, you learn how to Wild Shape Into a pseudodragon. At present, this is your only wild shape capable of flight.
Dragon Lore
From 3rd level onwards, you can read, write and speak Draconic, and you also have advantage on Nature and History checks pertaining to dragons.
Dragon Shape
From 6th level onwards you can Wild Shape into any dragon you have seen before with a maximum CR equal to 1/3 of your druid level, rounded down. Unlike regular Wild Shape, there are no restrictions on flight or swim speeds for your Dragon Shape.
A Beast By Any Other Name
At 10th level the distinction between dragon and beast becomes semantic. Any spell you cast that specifically affects beasts (e.g. Dominate Beast) can also affect dragons.
Endless Breath
From 14th level, your shapes can spew forth an endless stream of elemental damage. If your Dragon Shape has a breath weapon (e.g. Cold Breath) and you fail the Recharge roll at the start of your turn, you can expend a spell slot equal to the CR of your shape to recharge it immediately.
