Through your pure spritual energy you have manifested a stand which is a being that represents your inner self.
Star Platinum
You have manifested your stand Star Platinum. You can summon this stand by spending 1 ki point. The stand can be summoned in any square within 5ft of you. You can move Star Platinum up to 30ft away from you. You can attack from star platinum as if you were attacking. You can replace your unarmed strike modifier with your wisdom modifier. While you have Star Platinum active you can spend 2 ki points to perform an Ora Barrage as a bonus action. In addition to ora barrage, you also gain Star Dash which allows you to empower your dash by 2x the movement when Star Platinum is on the same square as you. Star Platinum when summoned lasts for 10 minutes or until incapacitated. While Star Platinum Is activated you don't need to spend ki points to take the bonus actions of patience defense, flurry of blows or step of the wind.
Ora Barrage: You perform 2 unarmed strikes and leave the opponent prone if both unarmed strikes hit until the start of your next turn.
Star Dash: You gain 2x movement from the dash Action.
Joestar Recovery: You can spend 10 HP to recover 1 ki point, this requires no action and can be done once per turn.
Star Platinum: The World
You have gained the power to control your fate.. You now can once every 1 minute Stop Time around you, this applies the effects of the Time Stop spell but does not have the disadvantages of the spell and does not go away when you attack a creature. This Time Stop is non-magical. You can use Time Stop as a action or reaction. If used as a reaction you gain 1 opportunity attack against the creature if there within 5ft of you or star platinum and you get your duration of time stop during the reaction. If used as a reaction against a saving throw (ex. A breath weapon) you auto succeed the save and if you would take damage you take 0 instead. In order to activate this time stop you must use the command word "Star Platinum: Za Warudo".
Using Stopped Time Cost 2 KI points.
Time Stop Duration:
Level 6: 1 Round (6 seconds)
Level 10: 2 Rounds (12 seconds)
Level 15: 3 Rounds (18 seconds)
Level 18: 4 Rounds (22 seconds)
You can take 1 level of exhaustion to stop time while it is on recharge. This can also be used to extend a time stop that is already going.
Note: If time is stopped by a spell or other stand effect, you can use your reaction to enter the other creature's stopped time, allowing your time stop duration within their stopped time.
Star Platinum Prime
Your stand has reached its *Physical* Prime and now does an extra 1d6 Force Damage whenever you use an unarmed strike. You also now have learned a new skill called Star Judgement which can be used by spending 2 ki points. You also have access to a enhanced version if Time Stop which allows you to use a Bonus Action to teleport up to 60 Ft every 3 turns (this counts as a teleport and does not trigger opportunity attacks).
Star Judgement: When you use an unarmed strike you can use your reaction to grapple the creature and deal 1d4 force damage on each of there turns.
Mastered Stand
You now deal a extra 1d20 force damage whenever you use a unarmed strike.
