Base Class: Barbarian
The clans that follow the new-age methodology of the Speed Freaks strives to hunt the predators that any normal person wouldn't be able to out run. Tigers, Leopards, Jaguars and Hyenas are just some of the prey that these quick barbarians enjoy stalking.
Quick Step
Starting at 3rd level, whilst you are raging you may use a bonus action to Dash.
Stampede
You now learn to embrace the speed as part of your strikes. Starting at 6th level, if you move at least 15 directly towards an enemy immediately before making an attack, your first attack deals an additional 2d6 bludgeoning damage if it hits.
Accelerated Rage
By taking a moment in combat, you can push the boundaries of your usual speed to run even harder. Starting at 10th level, you may forfeit your turn to harness your power and go into an accelerated rage. At the end of your turn, you fall under the effects of the haste spell. You are able to concentrate on this spell while you are raging, however you must continue to make concentration checks as usual. When the spell ends either by ending naturally or losing concentration, you revert back to a normal rage. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until after a long rest.
Lightning Strike
Your tremendous speed gifts you the ability to summon electricity with your attacks. Starting at 14th level, if you move at least your normal walking speed on your turn, your first attack that hist deals an additional 2d12 lightning damage to the creature that you hit
