Base Class: Warlock

Your patron is a powerful being whose gaze is known to bring even the heartiest of foes to their knees as stone statuary.

In the world of Keiyos, this subclass is limited to a member of the Kinship of Hearts under the watchful gaze of Thixibos, a powerful male gorgon who collects the less fortunate and gives them home, love, and a better life.

Bonus Cantrips

At 1st level, you learn the magic stone and poison spray cantrips. They count as warlock cantrips for you, but they don’t count against your number of cantrips known.

Crown of Fangs

Starting at 1st level, you can magically summon spectral serpents to crown your head and strike at your foes. As a bonus action, you create five serpents on your head. The serpents last for 1 minute or until you use another bonus action to dismiss them.

When you create the serpents, you can make a melee spell attack against one creature within melee range. On a hit, the target takes 1d4+{{modifier:cha}} and 1d4 acid damage. When you reach 10th level in this class, the damages increase to 2d4 and the poison damage bypasses resistance.

You can summon the serpents a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Shed Skin

Starting at 6th level, you can shed the outer layer of your skin to remove some lesser conditions. Once per short rest, you can use your action to cast lesser restoration on yourself only.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Poison in the Veins

Beginning at 10th level, your patron teaches you how to turn your poison into a deadly weapon against even the most deadly of creatures. You are immune to poison and being poisoned, and any poison damage you deal bypasses resistance. Additionally, when you damage a creature who is immune to poison, you deal poison damage as if it had resistance instead.

Calcify

Starting at 14th level, as an action, choose a creature that you can see within 60 ft. to make a CON saving throw (DC {{savedc:cha}}). If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the creature is instantly petrified. Otherwise, a creature that fails the save begins to turn to stone and is restrained. The restrained creature must repeat the saving throw at the end of its next turn, becoming petrified on a failure or ending the effect on a success. The petrification lasts for one minute or until the creature is freed by the greater restoration spell or other magic.

You can use this action a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
