Base Class: Artificer
You have learned how to tap into the magical power of computers and other technological wonders.
Cybermancer Spells
3rd-level Cybermancer feature
You always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Cybermancer Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

Personal Computer
3rd-level Cybermancer feature
Also when gaining this specialization, you learn how to create an intelligent piece of technology, called a Computer. Upon finishing a short or long rest, you can create this Computer in an unoccupied location you touch. If you already have a Computer, the old Computer is destroyed.
The Computer can look however you choose, as long as it is Tiny in size.
You have the Computer's statistics. It takes its turn immediately after your turn, and obeys your intent (no action required). The Computer only functions while you are conscious and alive. The Computer does not take a turn if it is more than 1 mile from you.
As an action, you can begin to sense through the Computer's senses. This lasts until you choose to end the effect (no action required), you take any damage, the Computer is destroyed, or the Computer is more than 1 mile from you. While sensing through the Computer, you cannot sense through your own body.
Cybernetic Upgrade
5th-level Cybermancer feature
At reaching level 5, you have mastered how to enhance life with machinery. With 8 hours of work, and by expending 50 gp worth of materials, you can enhance a willing creature you touch, These 8 hours can be spaced out over multiple work periods, but cannot be spaced out more than 10 days from the work's start. If they are spaced out over a period of more than 10 days, the work must be restarted, and the materials from the attempt are wasted.
Upon finishing this work, the creature you operated on becomes upgraded, and either gained proficiency in any skill, tool, or saving throw it chooses, or it learns any language it chooses. This new proficiency or language lasts until it loses this upgrade.
You can have a number of creatures upgraded this way equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of 1 creature). Each creature can only be upgraded by this feature once at a time.
If you upgrade a creature after you have already upgraded the maximum number of creatures, one of the previous upgrades of your choice ends. You can also end an upgrade at any time (no action required). All upgrades you have made end if you die.
Upon reaching Level 15, this upgrade can instead be used to gain a flying or swimming speed equal to the creature's walking speed.
Mechanized Mind
9th-level Cybermancer feature
At 9th level, your mind itself has been boosted with the strength of machines. You gain the following benefits:
- You gain proficiency in Wisdom saving throws.
- You learn any one language of your choice.
- By 1 hour of work, and by expending 50gp of materials, you can create a device that enables a creature to communicate via the sending spell at will to any other creature which has the same device. You can set custom settings on these devices so that creatures can only communicate with other creatures that also have devices of the same setting, allowing for multiple "channels" of communication.
Empowered Computer
15th-level Cybermancer feature
At level 15, you have improved your Computer's strength to previously unheard of levels. You gain the following benefits:
- Your Computer no longer needs to recharge its Enhance Mind reaction on short or long rests in order to use it again.
- When your Computer is destroyed, you can use your reaction to cause it to explode. All creatures within 20 feet of your Computer must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. A creature takes 8d6 lightning damage on a failure, or half as much on a success.
- Your Computer can be up to 100 miles from you, instead of only up to 1 mile of you, when you are sensing through it, and it can take a turn while it is within 100 miles of you, not only within 1 mile of you.
- The audio your Computer stores and recreates can be up to 1 hour in length, instead of up to 1 minute.
