Base Class: Rogue
A WereTabaxi is a result of a Tabaxi that was in tune with their primal spirit being cursed with a rare form of potent Lycanthropy. They take on the form of large muscular versions of their big cat ancestors when transforming and can rely on enhanced versions of their base instincts to deal devastating ambush attacks, move at great speeds, or get around undetected.
Spellcasting
The Werecat knows spells from the druid spell list.
Druidic Remembrance
Your connection to Nature has been largely sundered by this curse, but not destroyed completely.
When becoming a Weretabaxi you gain (or retain) the ability to cast spells from the druid spell list, your spellcasting modifier for this is WIS.
The beast god Malar may be watching over you now as well, but one can never be too sure... You gain twice proficiency in Nature checks
Werecat Transformation
You learn to awaken this curse at will by invoking druidic rites to take the form of a large bipedal, or quadrupedal wild cat twice per longrest, while in this form you gain these additional features...
(Your size is large)
(You cannot cast spells while in werecat form)
(you lose the benefits of armor you are wearing, but gain natural armor (AC= 10 + con + dex)
Hardy: (From lv3) Whenever you transform into the werecat gain 2d10 + CON mod, temp hit points. (at 9th level the temp hp increases to 3d10, and at 13th level 4d10) you are resistant to nonmagical physical damage, but have vulnerability to attacks from silver/silvered weapons
Enhanced claws, and teeth: (from lv 3) Your unarmed claw attacks now deal 1d8 + STR mod slashing dmg, and you gain a bite attack that deals 1d6 + STR mod piercing dmg, on a successful hit with a bite attack the target must make a DC10 CON save, and on a failed save be cursed with Lycanthropy.
Multi-attack: (from lv 3) In werecat form you can make 2 claw attacks per attack action (at 9th level you can make 2 claw attacks, and a bite attack in 1 attack action)
Ambush Predator: (from lv 3) you are at your deadliest when you get the drop on your enemies. In Werecat form You have advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn’t taken a turn in the combat yet. In addition, any hit you score against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit.
Feral Movement: Feral Movement: (From lv 9) In Werecat form you have +10ft of movement, able to long jump 20ft, and high jump 10ft. (at 13th level this increases to +20ft mvmnt LJ: 30ft, HJ 20ft, and again at 17th level to +20ft mvmnt LJ: 40ft, HJ 30ft)
Pounce: (From lv 9) In Werecat form you can use an action to leap at a target, if you move 20ft or more onto a target they must succeed on a DC14 STR saving throw or be knocked prone, if a target is knocked prone by this attack, they take 2d8 bludgeoning damage, and the weretabaxi can Immediately make 2 claw attacks as a bonus action. This can be done a number of times equal to your prof. bonus per long rest.
Camouflage: (From lv 13) In Werecat form only, once per day as a bonus action you can turn invisible for up to 1 hour. (At 17th level the time you can remain invisible is 8 hours).
Pride Leader: (Lv 17) In werecat form as an action, you can let out a roar that summons 1d4 CR 1 Lions that are friendly to you and obey your commands for 1 hour before being unsummoned. you can do this once per long rest.
Enchanted Claws
From lv 9 Your unarmed claw attacks are now considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances
Blessings of Malar
At 9th level Malar has taken notice of your growth, and journey, and blessed you with some of his boons.
You gain advantage on survival checks, twice proficency in the perception skill, and once per day can call upon the blessing of Malar to heal you for 2d8 + WIS mod + proficiency bonus (3d8 at lv 13, 4d8 at lv 17)
Catnap
At 13th level your werecat transformations now recover on short, or long rests.
battle Hardened Were-creature
By level 17 you are no longer vulnerable to damage from silver/silvered weapons and can cast your druid spells in werecat form.
Pride Leader (werecat form only)
Pride Leader: (Lv 17) In werecat form as an action, you can let out a roar that summons 1d4 CR 1 Lions that are friendly to you and obey your commands for 1 hour before being unsummoned. you can do this once per long rest.
