Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

You are a master of unarmed combat. Instead of focusing on harmony and inner energy control, like a monk, you fuel you unarmed strikes with rage.

Fists of Fury

3rd-level Path of the Closed Fist feature

  • When you use the Attack action with an unarmed strike on your turn, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.
  • Your unarmed strike damage die becomes 1d4 and deals additional damage equal to your rage damage. This damage stacks with your rage features, but not with any other modifiers to unarmed damage, such as Martial Arts or Unarmed Fighting Style.

Brutal Takedown

3rd-level Path of the Closed Fist feature

You can throw opponents down with such force they take additional damage when hitting the ground. Once per turn, you may deal unarmed strike damage to a creature you shoved prone as a part of the shove action.

Brutal Counter

6th-level Path of the Closed Fist feature

When an attacker that you can see hits or misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to reduce incoming damage by an amount equal to your proficiency bonus, move up to 5 feet without provoking opportunity attacks, and make an unarmed strike dealing critical damage.

You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Raging Fist

6th-level Path of the Closed Fist feature

While raging, your unarmed strikes count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Elusive Footwork

10th level Path of the Closed Fist feature

When you use the Attack action against an enemy, you may use your bonus action to bob and weave, making you a difficult target to hit. You gain the benefits of the Dodge action against that opponent until the start of your next turn.

Beat Down

10th level Path of the Closed Fist feature

Once on each of your turns when you attack with only unarmed strikes when using the Attack action, you can make one additional unarmed strike as part of the same action.

Knockout Punch

14th level Path of the Closed Fist feature

While raging and you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you may attempt to knock them out. It must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier) or be unconscious for 1d4 rounds. Once you use this feature, you may not use it again until the next time you activate the rage feature.
