As a student of Master Willem you are able to see, grasp and learn the greater secrets of the cosmos that can be aquirred through insight. 

Grant us Eyes

At 2nd Level, through your dedicated study of the works of Master Willem, you are able to see what others cannot. You gain proficiency in arcana and insight. If you are already proficient, you gain expertise in these skills. 

Induce Frenzy

At 6th level, your insights into the mind allow you to both inflict a frenzy and exude control over the minds of others. Whenever you harm a creature with a spell dealing Psychic damage, you can force that creature to move 5 feet in a direction of your choice. This movement can provoke an attack of opportunity. You can use the feature a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier. Expended charges are regained after a long rest.

Fear the Old Blood

At 10th level, through deep study of the teachings of Master Willem you have truly begun to understand why he held true to the adage of "Fear The Old Blood." When using a blood vial you are able to forgo the healing and roll 1d4+1. Doing so restores a spell slot equal to or less than the value of the roll. Only one additional slot gained this way may be held at a time. If this is done more than once per long rest, any time the d4 shows '4' your maximum HP is reduced by half, rounded down, until you complete a long rest. 

Eyes on the Inside

At 14th level, you are able to share the surges of insight with those around you. As a reaction, you are able to grant yourself or one ally within 30 feet that you can see advantage on one ability check, saving throw, or attack roll. This can be done a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier. All used charges are regained on a long rest.
