Base Class: Bard
The Sister of Seers organisation is an incredibly exclusive group that studies the art of Divination and pin point the world's mysteries and and questions using practises involving Tarot cards and the alignment of the stars and planets in the universe.
All Bards undertaking these practises are exclusively female. The sisters will avoid passing on their knowledge and how they use their abilities to outsiders. The Sisters hold so much influence on the region of Zovor, that they have direct contact to the king and the political powers of the kingdom. Members exposing their practices will become a public enemy and be swiftly eliminated.
This subclass gives you access to Tarot Card drawing skills which will have crazy effects on the characters and creatures you interact with.
More explained once looking into the job.
A strange twist of Fate
Cruel Fate shall come to those meddle that meddle with the web of the universe too much. I shall be the hand that punishes those who brings bad fate to others.

Stars See All
You can now project your vision by using the Arcane Eye spell. The spell is a bonus action and does not expend a spell slot but can be used once per long rest.
Follow The Stars
Your affiliation to Fate and the stars grows so strong you can feel the souls that hold the stars in place in the sky and call them forth to you.
As an action you can call forth the Soul of a Star. The Soul of a star can be commanded to do stuff with a Bonus action. The star is a bright light for 10 ft around it and dim light for an extra 10ft. The star does not attack, or cast spells but has true sight for 10ft around it and can telepathically talk to its summoner.
Learning from the Stars
If a Star Soul has been summoned and you are in range of its light, you can use this action. The Star Soul becomes null for 1 round, losing it's light, abilities and movement. In exchange your character is gains back one spell slot of any level. This can be used 3 times per long rest.

If the sentence you make is related to a Deck of Fate card during the day, you can activate that affect on the creature. This will expend on 1st level spell slot.
