Incite Madness. As an action, you emit a maddening howl Creatures of your choice within 30 ft. of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they immediately use their reaction to make a melee attack against a random target within their reach. If they have no targets within their reach, they lose their reaction on that turn.
Insatiable Strike. When you drop to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against a creature within range. If the attack hits, you regain hit points equal to your constitution modifier + half your paladin level (rounded down)

Ravenous Aura
At 7th level, otherworldly hunger radiates out from you in a 10 ft. aura, driving your allies forward. When you and creatures of your choice within the aura reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to move up to half your speed and make a melee weapon attack.
At 18th level, the aura extends to 30 ft.
Yeenoghu's Claw
Beginning at 15th level, your strikes are blessed with abyssal rage. Once per turn when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can add one of the following effects:
- The attack deals an extra 1d10 force damage
- The target must succeed on a wisdom saving throw or immediately use its reaction to make a melee attack against a random creature, other than you, within its reach.
- The target must succeed on a constitution saving throw or have disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes before the start of your next turn.
Additionally, you learn the Contagion spell, which you are able to cast a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier.
Emissary of Yeenoghu
At 20th level, you rend your form into one of Yeenoghu's true envoy. As an action, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
- When you hit a creature with a melee attack, you gain 20 temporary hit points
- When you kill a creature, 1d4 gnolls erupt out from the corpse. They act immediately after your turn in combat and treat you as an ally.
- You can use your Yeenoghu's Claw feature any time you hit a creature with a melee attack.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a 5th-level spell slot to use it again.
