Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

By some powers will, you have gained the ability to walk between realities, why this happens to you is unknown. You have seen realities beyond your comprehension and time periods beyond your lifetime. This subclass is meant for a DM to use as a plothook, not as a playable subclass, allow PCs to use at your own risk.

Forced Planeswalk

This power allows you to see things beyond your imagination, however you seem to have little control over it. Starting at level 1, twice per day you may change plane or time period. This activates if you are frightened or you will yourself to travel. Being frightened refers to both the condition or if the DM deems you to be scared. In order to will yourself to planeswalk you must succeed on a wisdom saving throw equal to your spell save DC and then roll a percentile, on a 25 or lower you will yourself away from the present reality and the DM decides where or when you appear.

Astral Gate

You still have little control over the power you possess, however you still find yourself developing new skills that you once thought impossible. Starting at 6th level you may attempt to open a gateway into the astral plane. In order to accomplish this you must succeed on a wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to your spell save DC and then roll below a 50 on a percentile dice. The gateway disappears after 2 rounds or after you pass through it.

Blip

This power you have still seems to elude you but also continues to grow. Starting at 14th level, once per long rest you may attempt to teleport away from a confrontation. In order to do this you must succeed on a wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to your spell save DC and then roll above a 10 on a percentile. You then teleport a number of miles away equal to the roll of the percentile chosen by your DM.

Control

Starting at 18th level you have finally learned to control your powers. You no longer need to roll to use any subclass abilities and you may choose any location you wish to teleport to using either Forced Planeswalk or Blip.
