Base Class: Monk
Chakram Masters are dedicated warrior monks that pursue wisdom to better understand themselves and the world around them. The number of Chakram Masters are few, but their dedication to serving the world is strong. "To clear the path, one must first understand the world one walks, and to understand the world, one must first understand themselves".

Chakram Techniques

Starting at the 3rd level you can manipulate the ki within your Chakram and learn the following three techniques.

Retrieve Chakram. When you are separated from your Chakram, you may use a bonus action or reaction to recall it into your hand if it is within 100 feet of you.

Unerring Aim. When you make a ranged weapon attack with your Chakram, spend 1 ki point to gain incredible accuracy until the end of your turn. Your ranged weapon attacks ignore half and three-quarters cover, and attacking in melee range, long range, or against a prone opponent doesn’t impose disadvantage on your attack rolls.

Ricochet Attack. As an action, make a ranged weapon attack with your chakram. On a hit you can make another ranged weapon attack against a different creature that is within 20 feet of the previous target and on a miss, the Chakram flies and lands 10 feet behind the missed target. Spend 1 ki point for every additional creature hit after the original target. The max number of additional creatures you are able to hit is equal to your Wisdom Modifier. (You cannot target the same creature twice during this action.)

Ki-Empowered Abilities

Starting at 6th level, you train to amplify your body’s abilities with ki. You learn to temporarily amplify a section of abilities of your choice at the 6th, 11th, and 17th level. Additionally, your training has permanently enhanced your sight with Darkvision out to a range of 120 feet.

Ki Aura

During an Intimidation, Performance, or Persuasion check, but before the outcome is determined, you can expend 2 ki points and add a roll of your Martial Arts die to your check.

Ki Movement

During an Acrobatics, Athletics, or Stealth check, but before the outcome is determined, you can expend 2 ki points and add a roll of your Martial Arts die to your check.

Ki Senses

During an Insight, Investigation, or Perception check, but before the outcome is determined, you can expend 2 ki points to add a roll of your Martial Arts die to your check.

Ki Techniques

Starting at 11th level, you have mastered manipulating your ki in tandem with your Chakram and learn the following two techniques.

Ki Weapon. As a bonus action, spend 5 ki points to imbue a massive amount ki into your Chakram. For 1 minute, you add your Wisdom modifier to attack and damage rolls made with the Chakram (with a minimum bonus of +1). The Chakram emits a dim light in a 20-foot radius and all damage made with the Chakram is now force damage. You must finish a short or long rest to fuse your ki into your Chakram this way again.

Stunning Hit. You can now use your Chakram to interfere with the flow of ki in an opponent's body even at a distance. When you hit another creature with a ranged weapon attack using your Chakram, you can spend 1 ki point to attempt a Stunning Strike.

Parry Missiles

At 17th level, your intense ki training has enhanced your ability to deflect missiles. If you or an ally within 5 feet of you are about to be hit by a ranged spell or weapon attack, expend 7 ki points, and use your reaction to perfectly parry the missile and reduce the damage to 0. As part of the same reaction, using the weapon, piece of ammunition, or spell attack you just parried to make a Deflect Missiles Attack with a range of up to 120 feet. You make this attack with advantage and with Proficiency, regardless of your weapon Proficiencies, and the missile counts as a monk weapon for the Attack. On a hit, in addition to the damage caused by the Deflect Missiles Attack, the damage, damage type, and any conditions or effects that would be caused by the parried missile is completely reflected onto the targeted creature.
