Base Class: Monk
Standing on one leg, perfectly balanced. Tranquility fills the air with each calming breath that the monk takes. The Way of the Crane is one of which awareness is key and patience is necessary. Birthed from the grace that is the crane, Way of the Crane seeks to combine precision with deadliness in every movement. Way of the Crane monks use every inch of movement purposefully and execute every attack gracefully.
Grace of the Crane
Many Way of the Crane monks study from the Great Crane herself, and thus are able to directly learn how each strike is planned out and executed in all its brilliance. You gain proficiency in Insight and are able to cast Guidance on yourself a number of times equal to twice your proficiency modifier.
Additionally, you are able to pick out weaknesses in your enemies with your calmness and insightfulness. You are able to cast True Strike as a bonus action without needing to concentrate as long as you attack on the same turn.
Precision of the Crane
You are able to cast Hunter's Mark as a level one spell a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. Additionally, you are able to communicate with birds freely.
Might of the Crane
Your fists and any monk weapon you use now counts as a +2 magical weapon. This increases to +3 at level 20. Additionally, any critical hits you score quadruple the damage dice rather than double it.
Flight of the Crane
You gain a fly speed equal to 60 feet. Additionally, you are immune to falling damage. While flying, you can choose to turn into a bird and be unrecognizable to any allies or enemies for a number of rounds equal to twice your proficiency modifier. This form effectively is the invisibility spell.
