Dagger Masters utilize daggers in their techniques to the exclusion of all other weapons. By focusing on improving and perfecting their skill with small blades, these warriors have raised the act of dagger combat to an artform.

Dagger Fighting Style

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn a unique Fighting Style which utilizes daggers. Choose one of the following options. You can't take a Fighting Style more than once, even if you later get to choose again.

Dagger Defense

While you are wielding a dagger in each hand, you gain a +2 bonus to your AC.

Flashing Blade

When you use your bonus action to make an attack with a dagger you're wielding in your off-hand, you may make an additional off-hand attack.

Piercer

Whenever you score a critical hit with an attack made with a dagger, you roll your weapon damage dice four times instead of twice.

Dagger Surge

Also starting at 3rd level, whenever you use your action surge feature you may take an additional bonus action as well. This bonus action can only be used for two-weapon fighting.

Surprise Follow-Up

Beginning at 7th level, your fast hands can snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. When you miss with an attack made with a dagger in your main-hand, you may use your reaction to immediately make an attack with a dagger in your off-hand.

Improved Dagger Style

At 10th level, you Master a unique Fighting Style which utilizes daggers. Choose one of the following options. You can't take a Fighting Style option more than once, even if you later get to choose again.

Opportunist

Whenever a creature misses you with an attack while you are wielding a dagger in each hand, you may use your reaction to make an opportunity attack against that creature.

Precision Strikes

Your weapon attacks with daggers are critical hits on a roll of 19 or 20.

Slicer

Whenever you deal damage to a creature with a dagger, it takes 2 additional piercing damage at the beginning of its next turn. This does not affect creatures that do not have blood, such as skeletons and gelatinous cubes.

Driving Flurry

Starting at 15th level, your successive attacks throw enemies off-balance. Whenever you make two or more weapon attacks with daggers against a creature, is has disadvantage on the first attack roll it makes against you before the end of its next turn.

Deadly Daggers

At 18th level, your attacks with daggers are extraordinarily damaging. The damage dice of daggers you wield is 1d6 instead of 1d4.
