Base Class: Druid
Druids of the Circle of the Wildlands were gifted their powers by the gods of the wilds, and by the great Music Mother. They are the truest of Druids, and thus their connection to nature is absolute and complete. They have given up much of who they were and are in return they are gifted with the ability to take on shapes far more readily, and with greater ease. Many of the circle though have to be careful, as if they aren't they may find themselves falling into their beast shape and never returning.
Many of the Circle of the Wildlands eventually become speakers, and callers through their druidic bent and magic. However, there is a very big difference between the three. All in all the magics that circle these druids are those that flow through the very nature gods themselves and as such demand to be respected. Each Circle of the Wildlands picks a particular wild god to be their guide, and their familiars are normally that of their image.
Blessings of Wild Shapes
When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you gain the ability to use Wild Shape on your turn as a bonus action, rather than as an action.
Additionally, while you are outside of combat, you can use Wild Shape a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier. However, while in this wild shape you are incapable of causing damage, taking the attack action, or casting spells. These additional wild shapes restore whenever your traditional wild shapes would.
True Wild Shapes
The rites of your circle grant you the ability to transform into more dangerous animal forms. Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Wild Shape to transform into a beast with a challenge rating as high as 1 (you ignore the Max. CR column of the Beast Shapes table, but must abide by the other limitations there).
Starting at 6th level, you can transform into a beast with a challenge rating as high as your druid level divided by 3, rounded down.
Magic of the Wilds
Starting at 6th level, your attacks in beast form count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
Improved Shapes
The rites of your circle grant you the ability to transform into more dangerous animal forms. Starting at 6th level, you can transform into a beast with a challenge rating as high as your druid level divided by 3, rounded down.
Monstrous Fae Shapes
At 10th level, you can now use your wild shapes to transform into Fey creatures that are animal like in appearance. You also may transform into Monstrosities that are also animal like in appearance. Your DM will have a list of approved monsters, and their respective CRs that are going to be able to be used in such a fashion.
Shape of the Children
By 14th level, you have learned to use your Wild Shape to turn into a child of the Wild gods.
Additionally, your Wild Shapes grow even better. You may now wild shape into any creature with a CR rating equal to your druid level divided by 2 rounded UP.
